news bites:

• Roy Orbitron unknown-length is all set to start recording with Dan Jefferson on drums (i'd link to his bandcamp but he drunkenly deleted it) and myself on other things. big project, lots of inspiration, way less slow than it's been and now with some good men behind me. if you want to add some tracks fucking call me. or e-mail me. or whatever.

• Alien Father's "World of Treble" EP has been sent for mastering and pressing after more than a year of being unfinished and unreleased. it was recorded live in studio in new york with Joe Plourde engineering the sessions. mixed by me, mastering by a guy named Adam. next time i say i'll work on something i won't get a sociopathic lying whore pregnant... sorry about the wait. it'll be pressed on 7" vinyl so go un-dust your needles.

• i got to see Alec (ShitSleeper, Every Bunny Welcome, Canaries, Pidgeons, etc.) this past weekend; he was home on the east coast back from living in LA for the past 9 months or so. he played some songs and, as usual, they're fucking sweet. hoping to hear a recording soon...

• Berks County Aesthetes rules, get on that.

• this is my favorite song of 2011.

• both Snoozer and Rasputin's Secret Police have full-lengths coming out and i'll be listening to both simultaneously while busting all the nuts. Brandon from RSP's old girlfriend got spiteful (as bitches do) and decided to take down RSP and Brandon Can't Dance bandcamp pages i made for them following the break-up. RSP's is still down but BCD's is being restored and features the new Volume 7.
